Purity glistening
Sunlight reflecting 
Shimmering crystals 
From iced boughs and sky

Miniature angels
Dancing and twirling
Transforming landscape
To vast seas of white 

They spread and they cover        Hovering o’er all us
Around the whole world 
Seen by cleared eyes 

Look now, imagine 
Snowfields a’glazing 
‘Neath wings’ a’stirring 
As angels pass by 

Messengers bringing 
Good News and courage 
Promises changeless 
In God we rely 

Snow fall’s reminder 
Of manna once gifted 
Supplied in the desert 
God’s always on time 

Pure white seas shining
Heaven’s outpouring 
Majesty’s coming 
Blessings divine
